The void feeling…

Numerous posts, articles, unimaginable investments, great dedication has gone into depict and express this “void feeling” by people all around the world. A feeling created by sudden realization that it is important to look into the rear view mirror when racing and plan the next move accordingly. All the while, you were in a race and from no where comes this little pip-squeak, stirs up dirt at you, which made you brake hard. You take a look around, see where you are, what you are! And then you take one of the most courageous move. Taking a look back.

This is when you choose either to be a coward or a brave knight. You either dismiss the past, and move along the way you had planned or face it, repent, shed a tear for the number of delicate glass mirrors you broke. Then, you decide to extend your hand out to the ones you hurt, the most warmth filled loving open palm ever held out in your life. The “void feeling” you now see as a dark monster within you is the rationale making you take this bold plunge into cold darkness. You feel the lightness of not having your ego on you, you seem to enjoy the surrounding with your new found slow pace, realize that life is a circle of instances with the players being different. Most of you would have experienced in different magnitudes depending on the type of person you are, including those, who dismiss this post saying its extraneous in the picture of life.

Have you looked back? Have you ever revisited and tried mending what you think went wrong or at least, felt like extending that hand of yours?

Had to put up sections of a few songs here.

The scientist – Coldplay

Come up to meet you, tell you I’m sorry

I had to find you
Tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart

Nobody said it was easy
It’s such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be this hard

Oh take me back to the start

I was just guessing
At numbers and figures
Pulling your puzzles apart

Questions of science
Science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart

I’m going back to the start

Rob Thomas – Little wonders

Let it go
Let it roll right off your shoulder
Don’t you know
The hardest part is over
Let it in
Let your clarity define you
In the end
You will only just remember how it feels

Our lives are made
In these small hours
These little wonders
These twists and turns of fate
Time falls away,
But these small hours
These small hours
Still remain

All of my regret
Will wash away somehow
But I cannot forget
The way I feel right now
